See AGS in “A Whole New Light” at the 2014 Global Gaming Expo

September 24, 2014

LAS VEGAS, NV–(Marketwired – Sep 24, 2014) – AGS® (the “Company”), a proven gaming machine supplier for Class II markets with an emerging presence in both Class III markets and new product categories, will showcase new slot and table game experiences in booth 4453 at this year’s Global Gaming Expo (G2E®) from September 30 – October 2, 2014 at the Sands Expo & Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV.

“We are eager for the start of G2E as this year represents a pivotal point in AGS’s lifecycle driven by significant changes in the business such as our new brand reveal, must-have new slot products produced by the AGS core and Colossal Gaming teams, and the launch of our proprietary table games business,” said David Lopez, Chief Executive Officer of AGS. “With organic product expansion, as well as targeted acquisitions aimed at product diversification and content enhancement, our business continues to grow, diversify and evolve at a rapid clip. Among the familiar faces at the show that have been the backbone of the AGS culture for years are some new ones that will continue the AGS tradition of superior service as well as help build momentum with new product offerings. This year at G2E we are truly presenting AGS in a ‘Whole New Light’ and are excited to share our products, our passion and our vision with our customers.”

“Colossal” Changes to the Core AGS Product Line
The Company’s recent acquisition of Colossal Gaming has brought new talent, new products, and a fresh point of view to AGS’s development team. While the Company will showcase some of its popular legacy product, such as the skill-based Ripley’s Believe it or Not!® andAre You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?® gamesthere will also be some new and distinctive games and cabinet designs on display at this year’s show.

Bang for Your Buck™ is sure to make some noise at the AGS booth. This unique game features a plunger mechanism that is activated in the bonus round, whereby players are prompted to do some “blasting” for bonus credits. The distinctive hardware mechanics are a great example what sets this game — and AGS — apart. Both the plunger mechanism and large mechanical reel that is used to deliver bonus credits will captivate and engage all audiences.

Although the larger-than-life Colossal Diamonds™ game occupies the space of three standard cabinets, it performs on par with approximately eight machines. The simple, classic game play and high-denom configuration have deeply resonated with players, trending among the highest performing games in every installation so far. More than just a novelty game, Colossal Diamonds is quickly establishing itself as a staple on casino floors across the country.

4, 3, 2, 1…Liftoff: The Launch of a Dynamic New Division
G2E serves as the perfect springboard to highlight the official launch of AGS’s live table games segment, following the Company’s recent acquisition of Casino War Blackjack, Inc. and its entire portfolio of games. Both the award-winning War Blackjack™ and the all-newWar Baccarat will be on prominent display at the show, demonstrating original and compelling table game content designed to drive increased profitability in the pit.

With the addition of the table games business, AGS becomes one of the few truly diversified gaming suppliers capable of providing products across the entire gaming floor. To successfully lead and maximize the growth potential of this new business, AGS welcomes renowned table game experts John Hemberger and Ofir Ventura to its team.

“John is an essential addition to our team as we expand our business into live felt table games,” said Lopez. “John is arguably the most strategic and passionate table games professional on the supplier side. At SHFL entertainment, John ran the proprietary table games business and was instrumental in its growth of nearly $20 million over just 5 years, most of which was recurring revenue. His vast network of contacts and deep relationships with key customers across the globe is invaluable and his leadership and oversight of this emerging business is a huge competitive advantage for AGS.” In his new role at AGS, Hemberger is responsible for developing and executing on the strategic blueprint for the table games business.

AGS also welcomes the wealth of experience that table game developer Ofir Ventura brings to its table products team. In his new role, Ventura will provide oversight in the creation and development of table game content in addition to key involvement in content acquisition and product strategy. Ventura previously served as an adviser to the company Casino War Blackjack, Inc. and also worked as a proprietary table games consultant for SHFL entertainment for six years, collaborating on new game content, math and concepts.
