American Gaming Systems (AGS) Appoints Ken Bossingham as Chief Operating Officer

LAS VEGAS, NV–(Marketwire – Jan 31, 2013) – American Gaming Systems® (AGS®), a leading designer, manufacturer and operator of gaming machines with more than 7,500 units in operation, announced today that Ken Bossingham has been appointed as the company’s Chief Operating Officer (COO).

In his new role, Bossingham will be responsible for AGS’ U.S. operations, including manufacturing, service and installation, call center, sales and marketing.

Bossingham most recently served as Vice President and General Manager of North American Casino Operations for Spielo International since October of 2011. He also served in several management positions at Atronic, including Chief Operating Officer, and was previously Director of Sales for Aristocrat Technologies and Sales Manager for JCM Global.
