LAS VEGAS, NV–(Marketwired – Sep 23, 2013) – American Gaming Systems (AGS®), a leading designer, manufacturer and operator of gaming machines with more than 7,500 installed units, announced today that it has recently received laboratory approval of Ripley’s Believe It or Not®.
Ripley’s Believe It or Not is the first release in the Company’s It Pays to Know™ series, where players can win credits by answering trivia questions. This feature puts some control of the game back into the players’ hands, which is important to the Company as they strive to live up to their game development motto of “Honor the Player™.” Ripley’s Believe it or Not will be prominently featured in AGS’s booth 4448 at this month’s Global Gaming Expo. The game will be followed up with new titles, starting with Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader®, which will also be featured at G2E, in coming months.
The new series will build on the recent success of Blackbeard’s Treasure™ by including a number of unique bonus schemes, play mechanics and game features AGS has created since it perfected its Roadrunner™ platform.
